Meet Andrew from New Orleans LA. Blonde people aren't the only ones who have more fun!. I found this to be true while strolling the mysterious streets of the French Quarters in New Orleans. I encountered this precious creature standing in a doorway watching me. He was too irresistible to ignore. As I got closer, he started to bark and back up. This just made me move forward! I found myself in the entrance of a pet shop.. I went inside and met the owner, who by the way had fire engine red hair. As she bent down to pet the dog, I heard her call him Andrew. I couldn't seem to help it, I was so intrigued I introduced myself and complimented her on Andrew's beauty.
